Errors and slow loading across meetergo / Fehler und langsame Ladezeiten bei meetergo
Resolved - This incident is resolved. Our hosting provider Hetzner confirmed a network fault in its Nuremberg location from 16:03 to 16:10 German time (15:03 to 15:10 UTC). This fault caused the outage. The dashboard, booking pages, login, API and Connect recovered shortly after. The AI phone assistant was restored at 16:35 German time (15:35 UTC). All services are working normally.

Dieser Vorfall ist behoben. Unser Hosting-Anbieter Hetzner hat eine Netzwerkstörung am Standort Nürnberg von 16:03 bis 16:10 Uhr deutscher Zeit (15:03 bis 15:10 UTC) bestätigt. Diese Störung hat den Ausfall verursacht. Dashboard, Buchungsseiten, Login, API und Connect waren kurz danach wieder verfügbar. Der KI-Telefonassistent wurde um 16:35 Uhr deutscher Zeit (15:35 UTC) wiederhergestellt. Alle Dienste funktionieren normal.

Update - Hetzner has reported a fault on a cloud network router in Nuremberg from 16:03 to 16:10 German time (15:03 to 15:10 UTC), which matches the start of this disruption. We now consider this the likely cause, rather than Cloud Volumes. The AI phone assistant may still be affected, and we are checking it. We will post an update.

Hetzner hat eine Störung an einem Cloud-Netzwerk-Router in Nürnberg von 16:03 bis 16:10 Uhr deutscher Zeit (15:03 bis 15:10 UTC) gemeldet, die zum Beginn dieser Störung passt. Wir sehen darin jetzt die wahrscheinliche Ursache und nicht mehr Cloud Volumes. Der KI-Telefonassistent kann noch betroffen sein, wir prüfen das. Wir melden uns mit einem Update.

Identified - Between 16:03 and 16:16 German time (15:03 to 15:16 UTC), the dashboard, booking pages, login and API were failing or very slow, and video calls in Connect were dropped. These are all working again. The AI phone assistant may still be affected, and we are checking it. The suspected cause is a Hetzner Cloud Volumes fault, which Hetzner has not confirmed yet. We will post an update.

Zwischen 16:03 und 16:16 Uhr deutscher Zeit (15:03 bis 15:16 UTC) waren Dashboard, Buchungsseiten, Login und API gestört oder sehr langsam, und Videoanrufe in Connect wurden unterbrochen. Identified - Some images, such as logos, may currently not display, and image uploads are temporarily unavailable. This is due to a disruption at our hosting partner Hetzner, who is working on a fix. Bookings are not affected.
