Update - Our email provider has resolved the backlog and queued messages are being delivered again. We are monitoring delivery rates until the queue is fully cleared.

Monitoring - We have switched to a backup email provider and new emails are being delivered normally again. Messages that were queued during the incident may still arrive late, and we are monitoring delivery closely.

Identified - The cause is a delivery backlog at our email provider. Emails are accepted and queued but not yet delivered, so booking confirmations and verification emails are arriving late or not at all. We have raised an urgent ticket with the provider.

Die Ursache ist ein Zustellungsrückstau bei unserem E-Mail-Anbieter. E-Mails werden angenommen und eingereiht, aber noch nicht zugestellt, daher kommen Buchungsbestätigungen und Verifizierungs-E-Mails verspätet oder gar nicht an. Wir haben ein dringendes Ticket beim Anbieter eröffnet.

Investigating - We are investigating delays in outgoing emails, including booking confirmations and account verification emails. Bookings themselves are unaffected and are being saved normally.
